FAQ Payment of the stay

A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be payable by bank transfer upon booking.
The remaining amount will be given in cash when the keys are handed over on arrival.

The tourist tax of 1.50€ will be paid on site.

Les KWh consommés seront multipliés par 0.19 (prix du KWh actuel) et le montant sera à régler avant le départ.

It is the tenant who does the cleaning and we provide him with everything necessary (brooms, vacuum cleaner, etc.) so that you can leave the house clean on the day of your departure, that is to say:

- floor dusting
- empty bottles, and yellow and green kitchen trash bags placed in the bins located where you park your car)

However, if you would like us to do the cleaning for you, we offer this service for an additional €50.
